Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session.

Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

Image Usage Rights

FocusedFrames retains copyright to all images created. Clients receive unlimited personal use rights. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Liability

FocusedFrames' liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 7-10 business days via secure online gallery. Rush delivery available for additional fee.
